Hanoi building left damaged from the Vietnam War

A Hanoi building damaged during the Vietnam War still stands closed with a missing roof, chipped stucco, and damaged paint. Graffiti is written on an outside wall. This style of building with arched door and windows, stucco over brick, and decorative columns, dates to the French colonial period before World War II.
